Now I actually know how to use a roller properly. The roller itself is intense but brings amazing results, really getting in and creating a release. For days after, my body has felt reset and I’m confident when the old niggles start to set in again, I have what I need to address them. Thanks Allan.

The most valuable thing I learnt during the Fascia Roller workshop was not to have an arch in your back when working the core. I would definitely recommend this workshop for loosening tight muscles and learning about proper posture and how to address various issues
