CelluRoller®

Exclusive to the Pilates Institute, the CelluRoller® is made of sturdy tubing covered with a raised, rubber checkered design.

It is capable of supporting up to 100kgs / 220lbs!

We have 2 sizes: REGULAR (32cms / 16in) and LONG (64cms / 32in). The Diameter of both rollers is 8cms / 3.2in.
The rollers are covered with small, shaped “bumps” that penetrate 3mm into the fascia of the body to release tension faster than smooth rollers.
The CelluRoller® works on all fascia areas of the body: Glutes, piriformis, arms, lats, quads, calves, ITB, etc. and can get into these smaller areas inaccessible by larger rollers, such as the neck, calves, etc.
It is also lightweight (425 grams for the Regular size and 850 grams for the Long size), making it easy to carry around and use on the go!

NOTE: This is much firmer than the standard foam roller and as such applies greater pressure to the muscle and fascia and can, initially, be quite uncomfortable. Once you are used to it, you will not go back to normal foam rollers, as you may find them too ‘soft’!
Compared to a regular, blue rollers commonly found in the gyms, it is much smaller and more effective (See comparison photo. This purchase is for the CelluRoller® ONLY).
