Created by Allan Menezes, the pioneer of Pilates in Australia with over 35 years teaching as a Pilates Instructor, Allan has created this biomechanical approach to doing this everyday movement safely and effectively.

You can achieve this stretch either at home or on a reformer. By stretching the psoas effectively you are able to walk more freely, reduce back pain and, for dancers, attain a better arabesque WITHOUT or greatly reduced back compression.
