The  CelluRoller® (long) is perfect for releasing tight muscles and to target the fascia of the body.  The small ridges of the surface are specifically designed to get into fascia of the body in order to release tight muscles and release the tension in the best possible manner by compression and release.

Exclusive to the Pilates Institute, the  Extra Long  CelluRoller (66cms) is twice as long as the Regular CelluRoller® Mini (33cms) and is made of sturdy material covered with a raised rubber, checkered design, the CelluRoller is a very intense workout in itself.

NOTE: This is much firmer than the standard foam roller and as such applies greater pressure to the muscle and can, initially be quite uncomfortable. Once you are used to it, you will not go back to normal foam rollers, as you may find them too ‘soft’!
