Fascia Roller – The Pilates Fascia Roller, now travel sized, is the perfect travel  roller to release tight muscles and to target the fascia of the body. It takes up minimal room in your travel bag. 7cms (diameter) x 33cms (long).

Head Cushion – These black vinyl cushions are superb for floor routines and for extra support on the reformers and other Pilates Equipment as it keeps your head elevated ultimately reducing neck strain.

Foot Straps (pair) –  The PIA footstraps are padded to make holding more comfortable. The extra angle loop is very convenient so that when over pointed or flexing the foot becomes a problem, the straps stay securely on the feet! This added angle loop strap also makes work from the hamstrings and inner thighs easier – toning areas that previously worked inefficiently.
