Stable Spine (TM) – Pilates Institute Courses, Instructor Training & Products

Stable Spine (TM)

$1.97

“STABLE SPINE (TM)” IS THE CONCEPT OF ALLAN MENEZES OF THE PILATES INSTITUTE OF AUSTRALASIA.

Created by Allan Menezes, the pioneer of Pilates in Australia with over 35 years teaching as a Pilates Instructor, Allan has created this biomechanical approach to doing this everyday movement safely and effectively.

Stable Spine is different to Neutral Spine. The latter causes neck strain in most clients when performing standard exercised such as the Single Leg Stretch, Double leg Stretch and the Hundred.

Stable Spine, with its two coin principle, gets:
1. More abdominal connection
2. More elevation of the shoulder-blades off the ground and
3. Greatly reduced neck strain
for the above exercises and more, as well as all work on the reformer.

Report sent immediately upon purchase.

We would love your feedback. Send comments to ALLAN.
